After a lackluster physical release and poor sales, FUSION HEART got a new lease on life after a late-2110's ephemera craze among G.I.s and H.V.I.s. Despite complaints from corporeal players, virtual intelligences had a much easier time looking at both sides of a card at once. The publisher managed to ship three expansions post-release, ("Saturn Cohort", "Elliptic High", and "Shadow of the Oort"), but eventually had to cease production. The game maintains a cult following today, and many boxes of FUSION HEART can be found stashed away in server farms around the inner system.
